In this role, you will lead the development of scalable AI models, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation across our product suite. You will work directly with C-level stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure our AI architectures are robust, efficient, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and scalability; implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, architecture planning, and technical mentoring for the engineering team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Python and Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience in deploying large-scale ML models in production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specialization).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and data pipeline technologies (Airflow, Spark).
