Responsibilities
- Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Lead technical strategy for the development of proprietary AI algorithms.
- Optimize model inference for high-performance real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
