Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for 2026, identifying key opportunities for automation and intelligent process optimization.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, to determine their applicability to our business needs.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from concept and design to deployment and scaling.
- Process Automation: Identify manual workflows ripe for automation and architect scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI systems adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and industry best practices.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation projects to test and prototype next-generation AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy and implementation.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences effectively.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies based on market trends.
