Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and regulatory compliance in all deployed models.
- Pioneer novel algorithms in natural language processing and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into business strategy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
