What you will do:
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Multimodal LLMs, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Edge AI deployment.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the optimization of model architectures to reduce latency and energy consumption, ensuring our systems are not just smart, but sustainable.
- Define Governance: Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols to ensure responsible deployment and mitigate algorithmic bias.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Hands-on experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI model fine-tuning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
