Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models (LLMs) for high performance, low latency, and minimal inference costs.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee MLOps workflows, ensuring seamless CI/CD, versioning, and deployment of models to production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies to keep 2026 Future Tech at the cutting edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high code quality standards and mentor junior engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and NLP.
- DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and debug distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
