Quantum Dynamics is leading the charge in the 2026 Initiative, a next-generation research project focused on developing scalable Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to design the foundational neural networks that will power the next decade of technological advancement.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready systems. You will work with a world-class team of data scientists and engineers to solve complex problems in natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced deep learning models aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-velocity training and inference environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for model scalability and fault tolerance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate AI capabilities into user-facing features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and algorithmic optimization.
