Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, distributed machine learning systems for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into real-time production environments.
- Define and implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate the 2026 roadmap into technical deliverables.
- Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists and backend engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure system resilience.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
