Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AGI Initiative, ensuring scalability and ethical alignment.
- Model Development: Design and implement proprietary deep learning architectures capable of reasoning, learning, and adapting in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance inference pipelines and optimize resource allocation for massive scale.
- R&D Collaboration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes/Spark).
- Knowledge: Proven track record in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
