Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Design and implement high-level architecture for AI-driven platforms, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and real-time processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production, optimizing for low latency and high throughput.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps for the future.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure robust AI governance and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
