Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and model pipelines for production environments.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- System Optimization: Fine-tune models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, ensuring real-time latency requirements are met.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong proficiency in designing distributed systems.
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) in production.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
