Your Mission:
Build the backbone of our AI intelligence. From training foundation models to deploying real-time inference engines, you will ensure our systems are faster, smarter, and more secure than ever before.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and neural network architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Optimization: Spearhead research into model quantization and optimization techniques to reduce latency in edge computing environments.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with legacy systems and modern web platforms using robust APIs and microservices.
- Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern inference engines (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Systems Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, high availability patterns, and database design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
