Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our Project 2026 initiative. You will be at the forefront of designing scalable, sustainable, and intelligent systems that define the technological landscape of the coming decade.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will define the roadmap for next-generation artificial intelligence integration, quantum-ready infrastructure, and ethical AI frameworks. We are looking for a thought leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade implementation.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI infrastructure designed for 2026 computing standards, including edge computing and neuromorphic integration.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge academic research and practical, production-ready solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., Advanced LLMs, Quantum interfaces) and architect systems that remain relevant through the 2026 milestone and beyond.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure zero-latency AI inference and minimal carbon footprint across distributed networks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams, mentoring junior architects, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Future Vision: Deep understanding of the trajectory of AI from 2024 to 2030, with a specific focus on the strategic roadmap for 2026.
