Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to define technical roadmaps and innovation strategies for the upcoming decade.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to improve latency, throughput, and model accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and security compliance.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive project execution.
