Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI models and infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and implementation to improve model accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in AI systems early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
