Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for Project 2026, designing robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure.
- Define and implement best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture assessments to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Prioritize ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
