Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for complex AI and machine learning systems focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps that align with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model performance, latency, and scalability in high-traffic production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Innovation: Experiment with cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, Edge Computing) to integrate into the core product stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
