Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026’s large-scale AI models.
- Lead technical strategy sessions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all AI workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML to continuously improve our technical stack.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps and model versioning (MLflow, DVC).
