Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure, including cloud-native architectures and distributed computing systems.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists to maintain high code quality and engineering standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference speed and resource utilization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience deploying models on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
