Responsibilities
- Design & Strategy: Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems and deep learning pipelines that align with Horizon 2026βs long-term vision.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and technical guidance on complex architectural challenges.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, integrating state-of-the-art research (e.g., Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning) into production environments.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, reducing latency and computational costs for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience designing and implementing large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex algorithmic problems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
