Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable LLM training and inference pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Research and prototype novel Generative AI architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimize model performance for edge deployment, reducing latency and computational costs.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Extensive experience with transformer models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Deep understanding of mathematical concepts including linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
