Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI practices and long-term data governance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
