Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade engineering. You will define the architectural patterns for our next-gen platforms and mentor a team of brilliant engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focusing on advanced Machine Learning models, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference pipelines and model training efficiency to reduce latency and cost.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 vision.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, microservices).
- Algorithms: Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
