Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and machine learning systems for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct deep technical evaluations of third-party AI tools and frameworks to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production.
- Strong experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
