Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation AI frameworks designed to scale for 2026 infrastructure demands.
- Spearhead the integration of quantum algorithms into existing neural network architectures.
- Ensure ethical compliance and bias mitigation in autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the technical roadmap for predictive modeling and large language model (LLM) optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Oversee the technical mentorship of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning to minimize latency in real-time AI inference.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing systems that are resilient to quantum decryption and security threats.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
