We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to design and build the autonomous systems, or Agentic AI, that will define the year 2026 and beyond. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of AI agents capable of complex reasoning, autonomous decision-making, and seamless human-AI collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration pipelines.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, safety, and reliability.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for high-volume deployments.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI model deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Demonstrated experience designing autonomous agent architectures and tool-use patterns.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
