Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to craft the long-term technical roadmap for our upcoming product releases.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling high-volume, real-time data streams.
- Pioneer Next-Gen Models: Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategies that align with business goals and future trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under pressure.
