Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks for autonomous decision-making systems and robotics.
- Lead high-level research initiatives focused on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) readiness and ethical AI frameworks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready computing architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps for 2026 product releases.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Experience with edge computing and IoT integration for next-gen smart city infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
