Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure pipelines capable of supporting 2026-era data volumes and processing speeds.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and predictive modeling into core business operations.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure optimal latency and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
- System Reliability: Implement robust MLOps practices to ensure 99.99% system uptime and seamless rollback capabilities.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable code solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical best practices.
