Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation predictive models and neural networks.
- Mentor a team of junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for speed, efficiency, and future scalability.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
