Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable LLM architectures and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Lead the research and development of multimodal AI models (text, audio, video).
- Optimize model inference for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps.
- Establish guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI models.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, RLHF, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
