Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of next-generation AI systems, focusing on quantum-neural hybrid architectures for 2026 deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning to achieve AGI-level reasoning.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency inference engines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers in advanced deep learning techniques.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines for AI deployment to ensure alignment with human values and safety protocols.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap and product strategy for the post-2026 era.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that scale to millions of users with zero downtime.
- Agile Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
