Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation and training to production deployment and monitoring.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (LLMs, Neural Networks, Edge AI) to ensure Horizon 2026 remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize existing systems to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. PhD is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and a track record of delivering high-quality software on tight deadlines.
