Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 standards.
- Lead the development of proprietary machine learning models and natural language processing engines.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the '2026 Vision' project, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and researchers, to deliver breakthrough features.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), neural networks, and deep learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
