Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures for large-scale, real-time deployment.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies for the 2026 roadmap, including next-gen LLMs and edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Optimize model latency and resource consumption for distributed cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and AI ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams and driving strategic technical decisions.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
