Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for our AI platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and deep learning models capable of processing massive datasets in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Research Integration: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks, integrating novel approaches into our existing ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training processes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and make high-level architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
