Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical AI architectures.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, optimize latency, and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting solutions on major cloud providers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
