Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning models and neural network architectures.
- Lead a team of brilliant engineers in researching emerging technologies such as LLMs and Edge AI.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI practices across all engineering projects.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale AI projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
