Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Spearhead the exploration of next-gen AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents, to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference and training performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for product and engineering leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
