Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for enterprise-level solutions.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI trends for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into innovative features.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale data initiatives and model training pipelines.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
