In this role, you will define the technical strategy for building scalable, ethical, and robust AI systems that will power the enterprise of tomorrow.
You will work at the intersection of research and engineering, collaborating with world-class talent to solve complex problems in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the design and implementation of large-scale AI infrastructure and model lifecycles.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance inference systems that reduce latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into cutting-edge algorithms, specifically focusing on LLMs and transformer architectures.
- MLOps Excellence: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies to ensure seamless deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years specializing in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration libraries.
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- MLOps: Strong background in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
