Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Quantum-Ready Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimal processing speed.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize machine learning models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy by over 40%.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, aligning them with company goals for the 2026 product cycle.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile Mastery: Experience leading teams through Agile and DevOps methodologies in a fast-paced startup environment.
