Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents into core business logic.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and optimization of neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model governance, security, and explainability.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments at scale.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP.
