Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Spearhead the long-term technical vision, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Lead Complex System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling millions of data points in real-time.
- Model Development & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of high-performing engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture Skills: Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Future Tech Insight: Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and apply them to business problems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
