Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 enterprise ecosystem, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and predictive analytics.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of microservices and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- R&D Management: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neuromorphic computing) and prototype viable solutions for internal use.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; extensive knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and API design patterns.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
