Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on deep learning and natural language processing.
- Optimize existing models for speed and accuracy, reducing inference latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are upheld across all projects.
- Conduct code reviews and drive best practices for CI/CD and DevOps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional agile environment.
