Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Architect proprietary machine learning models that outperform current industry benchmarks in latency and accuracy.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into deployable products.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and potential investors.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems that have been deployed at scale.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive vision and execution in ambiguous environments.
