Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the creation of the AI technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our product pipeline.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI systems that handle massive data throughput with minimal latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and systems design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
