Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Strategically plan and architect the long-term vision for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure that can handle millions of transactions with zero latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and reliability in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or architectural leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
