Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 3-year technology and AI strategy, identifying emerging trends in generative AI, quantum computing, and autonomous systems.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, future-proof AI infrastructure that can handle projected data volumes and complexity by 2026.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with our R&D division to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 product suite.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with the technical recruitment team to identify and secure top-tier talent specialized in next-gen technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
- Strategic Foresight: Proven track record of predicting industry trends and adapting architectures to future market demands.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating a clear vision for the future.
